General Role Description
Design and produce creative materials, execute all aspects of creative work within the organization, and manage external vendors
Role Accountabilities
- Develop visually compelling concepts that align with the brand and business objectives
- Identify and manage external creative vendors, freelancers, or agencies for specialized skills or projects, as necessary
- Design and produce a wide range of creative materials, including digital assets, print collateral, presentations, tradeshow materials and promotional content
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and quality expectations with external resources to ensure consistent and appropriate results
- Create, implement, and manage efficient workflows and processes for creative projects, from concept to completion
- Regularly assess and improve creative processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and responsiveness to business needs
- Proactively seek creative needs across the business, and collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and deliver as needed
- Ensure all creative work meets brand standards and quality expectations
- Review and refine creative assets for consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maintaining timelines
- Identify project risks and propose solutions to keep deliverables on track
