TMG Operating LLC is a management company in Carmel, Indiana, for multiple service companies located primarily in West Texas. We are a leader in technology, developing cutting-edge sensor, and automation control systems that help to reduce costs and increase safety in our clients' operations. Our operations rapidly expand to include innovative technologies and automation in the Oil industry. The original company began in 2008 and initially manufactured original equipment for various industries. Beginning in 2016, our business shifted to focus on providing services in the Oil & Gas Industry.
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing the company's contracts and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. You will work within the office of the President, and will collaborate closely with the President, Legal Firm, and other company executives confirming that clients, suppliers, and other business partners conform to requirements set forth in each contract, including indemnity and insurance requirements. This person should have an exceptional track record of working directly with executive leadership and experience working in a fast-paced environment and an excellent understanding of contracts and contract law is a must.

Supervisory Responsibilities :
Duties / Responsibilities :
Reviewing Contracts and ensuring that clients, suppliers, and other business comply with legal requirements and company policies set forth in the Contract.Reviewing indemnity and insurance requirements for each contract and ensuring that all parties are properly insured.Managing contract changes and revisions and communicating any changes to relevant stakeholders.Analyzing contract terms and conditions, identifying potential risks, and elevating those risks as appropriateWorking within the Contract Management System to store and maintain executed versions of contracts in the System.Working with the Legal department to maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing contracts and contractual obligations.Providing guidance and support to Contract Administrators in operating Divisions and other departments regarding contract-related matters.Monitoring contract performance and taking appropriate actions to address any issues or disputes that may arise.Managing the contracts management system including all amendments, correspondence and any other relevant documents related to the life cycle of the contract.Ability to review, redline, comment and propose changes to various types of agreements to meet the company's risk profile, policies and procedures.Ability to interpret contractual provisions of various types of agreements including master service, vendor, supplier, and event agreements.Review the contracts, look for red flags, and work with the lawyers to get their analysis and redlines.Responsible for making sure contracts are correct, revisions are correct, and no changes are made before signatures.Ability to use and understand Adobe Pro for contracts.Excellent understanding of the legal language of a contract.Manage correspondent emails to ensure appropriate follow-up, coordinate responses with the CEO as needed, and ensure the CEO responds as needed in a timely manner working closely with the Executive Assistant.Complete the time-consuming research needed to make educated decisions for business contracts and provide the CEO with the results.Ability to read and decipher legal contracts and documentation.Ability to use and understand Adobe Pro for contracts.Required Skills / Abilities :
Self-starter, ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.Proven experience with complex coordination in a jam-packed environment, including being a partner to leadership functions.Detail contract review, revisions, and finalizations.Experience working with the lawyers, Executives, and other Contract persons.Responsible for making sure contracts are correct, revisions are correct, and no changes are made prior to signatures.Expert level skills using Adobe Pro.Excellent understanding of the legal language.Must be able to supervise, prioritize and delegate effectively.Outstanding intellect and ability to learn the business and the marketplace.Mature attitude and high EQ, capable of interacting with a wide variety of levels.Stellar organizational and communication skills, sound judgement, flexibility, and attention to detail.Oriented to ask more questions versus working off assumptions.Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality.Should be a very polished self-starter who will look for new opportunities to improve current processes.Must possess a business-oriented, entrepreneurial mind-set.Must possess a team attitude and great people skills.Aptitude for technology, computing, and quantitative thinking.Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.Qualification Requirements :
Work in the Carmel Indiana office. (This is not a remote or hybrid position).Business office hours are 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday.Education and Experience Requirements :
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in contract management.3 years’ experience as a Paralegal, Contract law administrator, or in Business contract management.Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.General familiarity with contractual indemnities and insurance requirements, certificates, and policies.Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Pro, and contract management software.Strong technical knowledge and interest, particularly in key Microsoft Office 365 applications : Teams, Project, Word, Excel, Visio, Adobe Pro, and PowerPoint.Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce, Social Media web platforms, and other technology software.Analytical thinker with strong quantitative skills and a desire for continuous learningPhysical Requirements :
