TMG Operating LLC is the management company for multiple service companies located primarily in Midland Texas. This position will be based out of the Well Spring Water Services, LLC in Midland Texas. We are a leader in technology, developing cutting-edge sensor, and automation control systems that help to reduce costs and increase safety in our clients' operations. Our operations are rapidly expanding to include innovative technologies and automation in the Oil industry. The original company began in 2008, and initially manufactured original equipment for various industries. Beginning in 2016, our business shifted to focus on providing services in the Oil & Gas Industry.
Job Summary:
The Water Transfer Sales Manager will specialize in Water Transfer Services sales for our Water Services company. You will be responsible for the oversight of the company's continued and future growth. You will be an experienced Water Transfer Services Salesperson with 5 or more years of experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for others in the department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Working safely and deliberately, ensuring HSE compliance, including safe, reliable Water Transfer servicing.
- Building long-term strategic relationships with customers to create sales opportunities and develop strategies for business growth.
- Partnering with sales, business development, operations, and technology representatives to deliver technical presentations to customers.
- Providing account management to understand customer needs, requirements, and potential sales opportunities.
- Identifying and coordinating numerous projects of varying complexity to bring value to our customers.
- Monitoring and maintaining existing programs for customers to provide reporting on the performance of applications.
- Collaborating with team members to drive technical sales and innovative solutions that bring value to our customers.
- Knowledge of how to perform field work such as Water Transfer Services and other activities.
- Automation Software Subscription Sales (automation software used in Water Transfer services activities, on services for permanent infrastructure, etc.).
- Additional sales experience in oil, automation, wellwork, fuel services, and other activities is a plus.
Qualification Requirements
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma. Associate degree in business with applicable experience preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in Water Transfer services sales in the Permian Basin. Additional sales experience in the following: oil, automation, fuel services, and wellwork sales which may include frac oil field, industrial water, water services, or water treatment in the Permian basin is a plus.
- Must have Water Transfer Experience.
- 5 years of sales experience in the Oil and Gas industry in the Permian Basin, preferably in the Midland/Odessa area.
- Solid understanding of Water Transfer services sales.
- Comprehensive understanding of customer requirements, market conditions, and how water transfer services play a role in compliance, operations, and efficiency.
- Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills including but not limited to communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences.
- Ability to multi-task, find solutions, and establish priorities.
- Exhibit initiative, responsibility, and flexibility.
- Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to travel.
- Regularly operates in a highly safety-conscious environment, outdoor and indoor.
- Regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
