The HR Generalist will play a key role in implementing HR initiatives and providing comprehensive support across various HR functions. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process
3. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing and resolving employee relations issues
4. Foster a positive work environment and facilitate effective communication
5. Assist in the administration of performance appraisal process by providing guidance to managers and employees
6. Support the administration of employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, 401K, and other employee perks.
7. Address employee inquiries and assist with benefits enrollment
8. Follow compliance within labor laws and HR best practices
9. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resources or related field
- 1-3 years of Human Resource experience in a fast paced, changing environment preferably with a manufacturing company.
- Experience with hourly recruiting
- Demonstrated track record of achieving results, driving change, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
