Location: Portland, OR

Pay Range: $70,000-85,000/yr

At The Management Group, we're seeking a dedicated Assistant Portfolio Manager to support the oversight of our diverse property portfolio in the Portland, OR area. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving property performance, collaborating with property owners, and assisting in leading teams to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership to implement effective business strategies.
• Support the management and enhancement of financial performance, including budgeting and in-depth financial analysis.
• Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple property owners, providing strategic guidance on property goals.
• Help oversee day-to-day property operations, focusing on resident satisfaction and retention.
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic marketing plans in coordination with the marketing team.
• Ensure compliance with Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing Laws.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of rental rates and market trends.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• 3 years of experience in property management, with exposure to multisite management.
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on client relations.
• Familiarity with Oregon Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing Laws.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
