Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leadership to implement effective business strategies.
- Support the management and enhancement of financial performance, including budgeting and in-depth financial analysis.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple property owners, providing strategic guidance on property goals.
- Help oversee day-to-day property operations, focusing on resident satisfaction and retention.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic marketing plans in coordination with the marketing team.
- Ensure compliance with Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing Laws.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of rental rates and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of experience in property management, with exposure to multisite management.
- Solid knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on client relations.
- Familiarity with Oregon Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing Laws.
