Behavioral Health Clinic Child Therapist QMHP/Masters
TMH Behavioral Services, P.C. , is a behavioral health clinic that is committed to helping others overcome obstacles in their lives by transformation for the mind, body, and soul. We are a team of Qualified Mental Health Professionals that include, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, and Holistic Wellness doctors.
We are seeking a highly motivated QMHP/Psychotherapist to provide services to child clients ages 5-12 within the community (home/school/library etc.) We offer training, ongoing support, and continued education. Create your own flexible schedule between the hours of 8:00am –8:00p.m 7 days a week.
This is a 15 hour per week, Independent Contract, position located in Chicago.

Compensation:
$80-$100 per client, per week
*Compensation is based on license and experience
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
· Conduct Initial Evaluation, IM CANS (as needed), formulate treatment plans.
· Determine appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan dependent on the client’s needs, culture, home, environment, and preferred method of therapeutic intervention.
· Provide evidence-based weekly psychotherapy including individual, primarily to adult clients.
· Provide weekly Case Management services to clients including providing resources.
· Provide weekly Community Support services to clients including assisting with building skills, completing ADLs etc.
· Conduct suicide and homicide risk assessments, as indicated
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Software and willing to learn to EHR systems.
· Other assigned duties as needed.
Salary : $80 - $100
