TMH Behavioral Services, P.C. , is a group mental health private practice and behavioral health clinic that specializes in restoring and rebuilding lives affected by chronic illness, cognitive decline and mood-related illness. We partner with senior living communities across the Chicagoland area to provide comprehensive clinical psychological and cognitive services specializing in treatment of adult and geriatric population. We also provide therapy services to Seniors in their home.
We are searching for LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKERS who are responsive to the needs of our patients, their families, and the communities we serve. We offer training, ongoing support and continued education. Create your own flexible schedule between the hours of 8:00am –6:00pm Monday-Friday.
This is an Independent Contract position located in Calumet City.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting Initial Evaluations and formulating treatment plans.
- Providing Cognitive Therapy and Psychotherapy sessions up to twice weekly.
- Developing relationships with Senior Living Community Staff and assist in facilitating referrals.
- Ability to work independently and proficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software and willing to learn to EHR systems.
Requirements include:
- Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family required.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker current in the State of Illinois preferred. Master’s Level therapist with experience will be considered.
- Able to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly.
