TMH Behavioral Services, P.C., is a group mental health private practice that is committed to helping others overcome obstacles in their lives by transformation for the mind, body, and soul. We are a team of Qualified Mental Health Professionals that include, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, and Holistic Wellness doctors.
We are seeking a highly motivated LCSW/LCPC/LMFT Psychotherapist to provide services to clients virtually and/or in person. We offer training, ongoing support, and continued education. Create your own flexible schedule between the hours of 8:00am –8:00p.m 7 days a week.
This is an Independent Contract position located in Chicago.

Compensation:
$60.00-70.00 per hours
*Compensation is based on license and experience
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
· Conduct Initial Evaluations and formulate treatment plans.
· Determine appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan dependent on the client’s needs, culture, home, environment, and preferred method of therapeutic intervention.
· Provide evidence-based weekly psychotherapy including individual, primarily to adult clients.
· Conduct suicide and homicide risk assessments, as indicated
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Software and willing to learn the EHR systems.
· Other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements Include:
· MA/MS in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology required, or other Social Service field required.
· Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor required.
· Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week (with 10 out of 15 hours in offfice).
· Spanish speaking is highly preferred.
Salary : $60 - $70
