Your Role:
The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with administrative and strategic tasks. This 12-week summer internship will provide an enrolled college student the opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, IT organization. This individual will contribute their skills and enthusiasm to a supportive environment that is driven by the following Core Values:

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager on sourcing, candidate targeting, and recruiting
- Manage roles in the Vendor Management System to assist in identifying the appropriate roles to source
- Post job descriptions on the appropriate recruiting channels (Indeed)
- Utilize recruiting channels to identify qualified candidates for at least 2 roles per week
- Assisting with social media and email campaigns, as needed
- Responsible for updating the applicant analytics document
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Assist in general Human Resources activities
- Contribute to the execution of unique projects and events
- Perform administrative tasks
- Help with additional ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources and/or IT
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Proficiency in the use of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
- Ability to work in a team environment and remotely
- Willingness to learn and grow!
