HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Develops effective communication and education of Tallahassee Memorial services to physicians, facilities, and individuals who may need information about Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) services in Panama City Beach.
Leads program and initiative design efforts including identification and development of goals, objectives, operational / research metrics and coordination of participating clinical and non-clinical resources. Behavioral Criteria :
Provides leadership throughout the organization for the implementation of health and wellness strategies and initiatives
Build community momentum, motivation, and participation in health and wellness activities.
Support the implementation and management of transactional care programs and other programs focused on high risk populations

TMH Physician Partners Operations Manager
Supervises : None
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education : Practical nursing diploma / certificate
Required Experience : One (1) year of practical nursing experience.
Required Certification / License / Registry : Licensed as a practical nurse in accordance with Florida Statutes, Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations),
Preferred Qualifications : Familiarity with the community.
