Customer Service Representative

TMI, a local family-owned Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Appliance Repair company, has a full-time opening for Customer Service Representative. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, contributing to a positive customer experience. Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical/drug screen.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure client information is up-to-date.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Utilize computerized systems for creating and maintain customer profiles, scheduling, and managing service requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients.
• A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work under pressure are key attributes for success in this role.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
