The ideal candidate for this role will be expected to deliver exceptional service to our local customers. The Entry Level Customer Support Representative will identify customer needs and provide advice and guidance regarding marketing solutions that are in the best interests of clients. The Entry Level Customer Support Representative will work collaboratively with our clients on a daily basis to provide the desired customer experience and meet overall business objectives.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Support Representative :
- Communicate directly with customers on a daily basis
- Directly market and sell products and services to qualified customers
- Ensure sales are completed according to compliance standards
- Keep records of all customer interactions and completed sales
- Attend daily team campaign meetings to set goals collaborating with the marketing and sales team
- Assist in maintaining a positive and uplifting company culture
