Maintenance Technician

• Department: Service
• Pay: $45k-52k plus incentives

Primary Purpose:

We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our company. As our Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the handling our Annual Maintenance Club Tune Ups, as well as working with our D2D team to install presold items. We will work hand and hand with the Area Manager and Market Lead to ensure that customers have a positive experience. You will be interacting with our customers daily and having patient and respectful behavior is a must as you are representing our Garage Door company.

• Recalls and Call Backs
• Handling recalls and call backs
• Focus on reviews and turning negative experiences into positive experiences
• Educate customer on their door and findings from the inspection.
• Focus on building value for the membership and less on selling additional products or services
• Performing safety inspections
• Receiving POs for the warehouse and updating inventory with the exact counts
• Assisting the Area Manager or Market Lead with load outs for techs
• Assisting the Area Manager or Market Lead with load outs for installers
• Maintaining physical counts in warehouse and updating Service Titan or Inventory

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of computers and tablet use
• Knowledge in google search, and Navigation systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of hand tools, mechanical tools, and garage door experience is a plus, but not required.
• GED, High School Diploma, or suitable equivalent

Working Conditions:

• The job requires selling of products and services related to garage door installation.
• The job environment is fast paced and results oriented.
• Be able to drive a company vehicle and possess a valid driver license.
• Must pass Drug test, Background check and Motor Vehicle check
