Experienced Orthodontic Assistant

We are currently seeking an Experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our dynamic team at TMJ Sleep Airway Orthodontics. If you have a passion for patient care, a strong background in orthodontics, and are available for specific hours, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the orthodontist during procedures and patient consultations.
• Take digital x-rays, impressions, and photos as needed.
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Manage patient records and update treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral care and post-treatment instructions.
• Provide excellent patient care and maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an orthodontic assistant (3 years).
• Certification or relevant qualifications (X-ray certification preferred).
• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and patient care protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently within a team.
• Available to work specific hours (2 weekends per month and 6-8 weekdays per month - rotating).
