This is your opportunity to shape the future of wireless technology and beyond!The Business Analysis Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, execution, and growth of broadband services (both fixed wireless and fiber-to-the-unit) within the Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) and Community Living Premises (CLP) segments. This role requires a deep understanding of the MDU & CLP ecosystem, and commercial deal constructs to support commercial leaders evaluate, negotiate, and execute agreements with customers. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, engineering, finance, and legal teams to develop and implement initiatives that enhance the company's MDU TAM, market penetration, and revenue growth while aligning with customer needs around data agreements, managed Wi-Fi, economic sharing, capital investment, and fiber deployment strategies. The ideal candidate will be the leading point of contact for sales teams, responsible for developing financial models and facilitating the negotiation process in partnership with legal and finance. This position will report directly to the Director of Broadband Strategy.
This position is a critical driver in shaping the company’s MDU broadband strategy and will play a key role in expanding market share in high-density residential communities. This is a hybrid position required to be in-office at least 3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis: Developing financial models to rapidly assess, recommend, and advance MDU/CLP opportunities by providing negotiation support for the broadband commercial team
Inorganic Growth & Partnerships: Evaluating alternative deal models, including but not limited to home builders, new construction, REITs, and other potential wholesale partner opportunities.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Advancing negotiations through understanding the financial implications to T-Mobile and the broadband organization, partnering with FP&A and legal to ensure the commercial team can close opportunities with pace and a data-driven perspective
Program Management: Spearheading the end-to-end CLP/MDU evaluation process in partnership with the commercial, marketing, FP&A, legal, and product team(s), including the operating rhythm, contract management, and governance to ensure all stakeholders are aligned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
2 years in an analytical role, preferably at a consulting firm, investment bank, large corporation, and/or with experience in broadband, telecommunications, or related industries
2 years of financial modeling and analytics: Experience in developing financial models and performing financial and operating analysis and reporting, including analyzing complex data.
1 year in project management. Experience managing projects independently, engaging and getting buy-in from stakeholders, creating roadmaps and project plans preferred
Understanding of MDU/CLP ownership structures, lease agreements, bulk and non-bulk services, and the telecommunications competitive landscape preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to build financial models, including understanding of valuation principles (NPV, IRR, ROIC). Comfortable reading and understanding income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and synthesizing takeaways.
Knowledge and understanding of business models, pricing strategies, channel management. Analytical and data-driven, comfortable triangulating data to estimate market sizes and build financial models.
Ability to confidently present complex concepts and ideas at any time. Whether it is Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, a phone call, or text, you’ll succinctly communicate to executives with structure, knowledge, and clarity.
Proactive problem solver who can break ambiguous problems into structured pieces using a hypothesis-driven approach. Ability to frame problems, use strategic frameworks, develop strategies.
Ability to think through complex problems. Intellectually curious, enjoys researching new technologies and products. Natural hustler with a contagious “can-do” attitude.
Adept at working with others to overcome obstacles and gain alignment to achieve results
Ability to think a few steps ahead, to lay out thoughtful and achievable project plans in a disciplined manner. Understand how to engage others and what information and data is needed to achieve goals.
Knowledge of the wireless / telecom industry and technology sector preferred

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
