*** This position must be located in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS. This is not a remote role, this is a hybrid environment requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused marketing professional to join the T-Mobile Tuesdays marketing team. As the Product Marketing Manager for T-Mobile Tuesdays, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and the program's goals by managing various marketing communications and go-to-market tasks. You will be responsible for overseeing weekly digital campaigns including creating and managing Workfront tickets and confirming partner reviews. Additionally, you will compile quarterly digital marketing results, manage legal and creative reviews, and act as the primary lead for consolidating marketing feedback to our agency or internal studio teams. This role requires strong project management, organizational, and multitasking capabilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage weekly digital ads processes, including partner selection and asset requests
  • Create and manage Workfront tickets, Teams channels, and partner reviews
  • Compile quarterly digital marketing results by working with channel and reporting teams to gather creative examples, performance and recommendations going forward
  • Manage legal and creative reviews for app creative, terms, sweepstakes rules, and partner redemption flows/landing pages
  • Act as primary lead for team in consolidating marketing feedback in FIGMA
  • Maintain T-Mobile Tuesdays calendar dates and manage key achievements across agency, T-Ads sales, business development or other teams
  • Send weekly campaign summary and readiness emails to frontline teams
  • Provide campaign summaries for T-Mobile Tuesdays sweepstakes to relevant internal teams (T-Ads, Sponsorships, other business units)

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • Work Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, consumer marketing or a related field, with a focus on program operations and creative execution
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Self-starter and results-oriented with a desire for driving continuous improvement
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Workfront, FIGMA, and Teams
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements for marketing campaigns and promotions

Base Pay Range: $93,700 - $169,100

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
