What are the responsibilities and job description for the Murex Production Support position at TMS, LLC?
We are seeking an experienced Murex Production Support specialist to join our team in New York. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Murex Environment management, troubleshooting infrastructure and application issues, and ensuring smooth handover to BAU team post-releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Murex Environments as part of a Murex Migration 31 upgrade migration run the bank
- Troubleshoot Infrastructure and application issues noticed on monitoring or raised by users
- Work on granting access to environments and other requests
- Review existing infrastructure software configuration management processes and redesign existing processes
- Ensure hardware and software requirements are met to handle Murex releases
- Monitor applications and EOD batches in SIT, UAT, and Production
- Ensure smooth handover to BAU team post-releases
Technical Skills Required:
- Linux Shell Scripting
- Database Sybase/SQL
- Optional: ITRS Geneos monitoring, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow

Working Hours:
- The team is expected to provide coverage from London to North America business hours supporting Dev/Testing users.
