Key Responsibilities:
- Chief Clinical Officer Support:
- Process expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Manage the CCO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Assist in the creation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations and other documents.
- Chief Medical Officer Support:
- Efficiently schedule internal and external meetings, as well as clinical appointments.
- Arrange travel logistics, including transportation and lodging.
- Prepare and process expense reports.
- General Administrative Support:
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents as needed.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide on-site support at clinic locations for events, as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Other duties as assigned.

Location Requirement: Candidates must reside in or be willing to commute to the Rockville or Montgomery County, Maryland area to provide on-site support at clinic events as needed.
