Job Title : Business Analyst
Location : Richmond, VA (Hybrid)
Duration : 6-12 Months contract position
3 days onsite / 2 days offsite. Parking is NOT provided for contractors
DURATION : expected to extend 6 months - 1 yr past 6 / 30 / 25
Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify systemgaps and deficiencies that require a business, technical or blended approachfor resolution
Discover and document requirements and userstories with a focus on improving both business and technical processing
Utilize progressive elaboration; map storiesto technical design specifications to be used by internal staff to develop thesystem modifications
Assist Product Owner in maintaining theproduct backlog
Collaborate with PMO and IM staff and vendor partners as they are engaged on tasks to formulate, detail and testpotential and implemented solutions.
Coordinate and Facilitate User AcceptanceTesting with Business and ensure Project Managers / Owner / Leadership are informed of progress
