Experience : 15 Years
Prefer- USC and Oil and Gas industry experience.
Note : The candidate must have extensive experience with SAP S / 4HANA IS-Oil, SAP CRM, Data Lake, and the Avalara tax engine.
Position Overview :
The Program Director / Sr. Program Manager will provide strategic leadership and hands-on program management for the digital transformation initiatives at AEG Fuels. This includes overseeing the SAP S4HANA IS-Oil , SAP CRM , Avalara tax engine , and Data Lake implementation. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and experience in managing large-scale, enterprise-level projects. This role will ensure that the transformation is delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program Leadership & Governance :
- Lead and manage the overall digital transformation program which includes the SAP implementation, Data Lake development, CRM solution, and the integration of Avalara .
- Define and execute the program governance model, ensuring clear decision-making, accountability, and communication across all levels of the project.
- Act as the main point of contact for senior leadership , guiding the program's strategic direction and ensuring it aligns with organizational goals.
- Oversee the development of project plans , define milestones , and track the overall progress of the digital transformation efforts.
- Establish and manage risk management processes to proactively identify, track, and resolve program risks and issues.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication :
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand and document requirements, ensuring that the solution meets the needs of the organization.
- Maintain regular communication with senior executives, providing status updates, escalation management, and highlighting critical program issues.
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment between business teams , IT teams , and third-party vendors (e.g., SAP consultants, Avalara, Data Lake vendors).
- Project Execution & Delivery :
- Direct and oversee all aspects of the SAP S4HANA IS-Oil , SAP CRM , Avalara tax engine , and Data Lake implementations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on-time and within scope, including resource allocation, timeline management, and budget oversight.
- Ensure that the solutions are integrated effectively, considering business processes, data strategy, and IT infrastructure.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of custom-built workbenches tailored to AEG Fuels' business requirements.
- Risk & Issue Management :
- Proactively identify risks to the program's success and develop mitigation plans.
- Lead issue resolution processes, ensuring quick and effective resolution of blockers, changes, and adjustments to the project plan.
- Regularly track and report on program performance, providing transparency and keeping key stakeholders informed.
- Data Strategy & Intelligence :
- Oversee the Data Lake initiative, ensuring alignment with AEG Fuels' overall data strategy and ensuring integration with business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Ensure the new data architecture supports advanced analytics and provides the company with meaningful insights for decision-making.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship :
- Lead a cross-functional team, providing guidance, motivation, and mentoring to ensure a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Establish clear objectives for each phase of the project and hold teams accountable for meeting those objectives.
- Support career development within the team and ensure that the project team has the necessary skills, resources, and support to succeed.
- Post-Implementation Support :
- Provide guidance during the post-implementation phase , ensuring the transition to operational teams and business users is seamless.
- Oversee the transition of the new ERP system , CRM , and data tools into business-as-usual operations, ensuring adoption across the organization.
- Collaborate with business units to continuously evaluate system performance and identify optimization opportunities.
