ROLE OVERVIEW
This position will lead the management, organization, and execution of processes and procedures within our evolving global campaigns landscape. Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating cross-team collaboration across global retail and digital client programs
- Ensuring successful completion and deployment of global initiatives
- Developing and optimizing efficient, scalable processes
The ideal candidate will build systems that not only support current client deliverables but also accommodate future growth and evolution. This role is crucial in streamlining operations and enhancing overall organizational effectiveness in our dynamic digital environment.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Understands processes required to deliver a multi-faceted marketing program, defining key deliverables, milestones, and tools required
- Partners with Account team to develop program and Global Campaign processes, supporting documentation to enable better program development.
- Will be a champion of efficiency and cross-functional collaboration, helping connect dots within TMS and across McDonald’s organization.
- Leads the development and management of project timelines, and collaborates with cross-functional teams for comprehensive workflow oversite across their programs
- Works with the cross-functional team to ensure projects are appropriately resourced, and manages resourcing in agency systems
- Effectively and consistently communicates to cross-functional team to ensure everyone is aligned and tracking deliverables and milestones on time
- Coordinates all activities of the project team and ensures that project tasks are completed by: scheduling and facilitating internal project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal reviews, etc.), and communicating action steps to team
- Ensures the use of project management best practices and applies lessons learned from previous projects: sharing lessons learned with project management team members
- Executes the opening and tracking of jobs in the system, as well as time allocation reports for assorted projects
- Supports the marketing legal submission and review process
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of at an agency or other project management work
- Advanced understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, manage resource allocations, and run team meetings. PMP Certification a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with keen instincts and organizational experience
