Job Title : Business Automation / AI & LCAP Team Lead
Location : Richmond, VA (Hybrid)
Duration : 8-12 Months with possible extension
This position will be required to be on-site at least 3 days per week (parking is available on site for contractors)
ABOUT THE ROLE
VITA is seeking a Business Automation / AI & LCAP Team Lead. This position will help to lead a team that is responsible for RPA, AI, ECM, and Adobe creative that include Adobe Sign. .
Responsibilities :
Administer the Commonwealth's Adobe management Platform including Adobe Sign.
Provide strong leadership to a technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Oversee the end-to-end automation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of automation and AI engineers.
Develop and maintain documentation for automation and AI processes and solutions.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as an Automation Tech Lead or similar role.
Familiarity with Adobe Management Portal and Adobe Sign.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
