We are seeking an SEO Content Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic and improve online presence for our members. This includes managing on-page SEO and off-page SEO activities, optimizing keywords and phrases, link building and analyzing web analytics data. You will work with talented, dedicated professionals, leveraging cutting edge SEO/analytical tools and contribute to the company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Story Brand content development process for our members/websites and work to integrate SEO best practices in the process.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and SEO analysis to identify relevant target keywords and phrases.
• Develop and execute effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and SERP rankings.
• Identify content ideas/concepts for development and define the SEO content strategy overall.
• Stay abreast of emerging SEO trends and technologies, exploring innovative approaches to enhance our content development and improve SEO rankings.
• Work closely with our website development and marketing teams to achieve the best representation of our clients’ brands online.
• Actively participate in content/design reviews, providing creative input and insights.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Relevant SEO certifications (Google/Hubspot/SEMRush)
• 5-7 years of experience as a SEO Manager or a similar SEO/Content focused role.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing trends.
• Proficiency with AI/Ghat GPT
• Proficiency with SEO/Analytic Tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, SearchAtlas, and Google Analytics.
• Understanding of website design, development, HTML/CSS coding, Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising and link-building strategies.
• Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles.
• Familiarity with Social Media marketing and its impact on SEO.
• Ability to work in a challenging environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Great mindfulness, and the ability to receive and provide constructive feedback, maintaining a professional and optimistic candor.
• Must be able to reasonably commute as position will be “In Office” at our headquarters in Brentwood, TN
