Position Overview
The Acquisitions Specialist is chiefly responsible for buying wholesale properties for investment and revenue generation. The Acquisitions Manager is additionally responsible for making sound purchase decisions, representing the company well at all times, and providing an excellent customer experience. This opening makes a majority of its earnings via commission. Do you have a past of being successful in sales? Are you interested in Real Estate? Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Meeting with sellers and conducting appointments
- Evaluating property values, repairs, and offer amounts
- Making offers on properties
- Contracting wholesale real estate for investment
- Making outgoing follow up calls to sellers in Salesforce
- Actively works Salesforce to ensure leads are being followed up with and no lead is left behind
- Representing the company well by following our Core Values
- Providing a daily after action report and summary of the day’s activities
- Ensuring the following activities are occurring consistently
- Follow up on seller prospect leads occur daily via phone, email, text, and mail
Ideal candidate experience and skill-sets:
- 3 years of experience In Outside Sales
- Experience purchasing off-market properties preferred
- A high level of determination and persistence
- Strong communication skills through in person conversation, telephone, email, text, and mail
- Ability to develop rapport with seller prospects
- Excellent time management

Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
