Social network you want to login / join with : Client : Location : Job Category : -EU work permit required : YesJob Reference : 2976afcfbc84Job Views : 2Posted : 22.01.2025Expiry Date : 08.03.2025Job Description : Job ResponsibilitiesControl Plan Improvement and SAP managementCarry out supplier validation audits, with supplier support and supplier advanced product quality planning (APQP).Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirementsSupport new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets the required standardsFacilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions of supplier quality issuesPerform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of correction actions of supplier quality issuesCollate and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chainWork with the supplier directly, create correction action plans to address process failuresPromote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Lean, Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), Measurement System Analysis, and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)Provide concise, complete and accurate documentation of inspection results relative to area of responsibility. In appropriate functional areas, this refers to supporting inspection and test status requirements defined by regulations, engineering product specifications or Control Plans, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) approval or product warrant submissionSupport the Quality Manager to monitor and report on supplier product quality and performanceReport on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or systemAssist with first off sample approvalsParticipate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirementsManage and coordinate supplier (PPM), supplier problem solving on time, cost recovery and supplier warranty indicators.Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients.Job ProfileQualifications, Knowledge : University, or Degree in Electrical Engineering or alternatively Mechanical Engineering with good basic knowledge in electronicsBasic know-how in the quality management norm ISO 9001FMEA – basicProfessional Supplier ManagementSkills, Capabilities, Competencies : Very good English language skills, spoken and writtenVery high level of communication, cooperation and negotiation skillsProject management skills with focus on all aspects, such as quality, costs and timingComprehensive know-how in the area of quality management and the application of standards and tools such as 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, APQP, FMEA, Risk Analysis; ISO9001, AuditsSolution oriented mindsetPrecise workmanship and high quality awareness#J-18808-Ljbffr
