SUMMARY:
Position requires a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Customer Support Specialist to manage weekly outreach, key account meetings, and customer service tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment, pricing, and customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø – Forecast demand planning. Conduct weekly outreach to maintain and develop customer relationships. 1 to 3 hours a week. Lead key account meetings to discuss ongoing projects, issues and opportunities.
Ø – Process and track orders, ensuring timely fulfillment. Prepare quotes and handle special (Non-standard) RFQs in coordination with internal teams. Work ups: Pricing for and costing Non-standard RFQ. Address customer service issues related to quality, shipping, costs and pricing.
Ø - Utilize excel for data analysis, reporting and order tracking. Work within QAD for ERP related tasks and order processing. Manage communication and documentation via Salesforce, Teams and Project Planner. Provide support in resource planning and allocation to meet customer demands.
Ø Other duties as assigned.
