What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Assistant - Part Time - Evenings and Saturdays position at TN Professional Training Institute?
We are looking for an outgoing, efficient, organized, professional and responsible person to join our team! This person will be responsible for handling the phone, greeting guests, giving school tours, maintaining electronic records, data entry, filing and administrative support.

Some job responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate and complete student records (electronic and paper)
- Helping the team with the daily activities of the school
- Giving school tours, helping with admissions and enrollment
- Record keeping and file management
- Faculty and student support
- T,W,TH 5:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m., and Saturdays 7:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
