Duties
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Coordinate with vendors for various office needs and services
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Assist with incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping tasks
- Oversee scheduling, appointments, and meetings
- Assist with payroll processing and budget tracking
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, students, and vendors
- Proficiency in file management and maintaining confidentiality
