Education/Experience- Must have a Criminal Justice Degree or 2 years work experience in criminal justice or social services field.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Advanced knowledge and skills in data entry and basic computer skills. Must be able create, edit and update Spreadsheets and email. Must be able to update databases at time of service to ensure accuracy and compliance. Must be willing to be trained to testify in court.
Job Description
- Install, maintain and monitor court ordered Transdermal and GPS devices on clients.
- Caseload management is a requirement-varies from 25-100 clients
- Manage inventory provided by corporate office
- Schedule appointments according to the daily schedule and attend court if possible.
- Communicate with staff and courts daily.
- Ability to notate all interactions with clients via software with appropriate devices.
- Provide professional and courteous appearance and behavior while conducting business in the courtroom
- Flexible schedule to allow for any possible evening or weekend calls.
- Ability to collect money from clients in a timely manner as well as help set up payment plans for delinquent accounts.
- Monday-Friday Schedule 8-5 PM with occasional night or weekend installations
- Salary plus installation bonus structure
- Light traveling may be required
- Must have reliable transportation and insured
- Travel reimbursed
