Job Title : Account Receivable Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Account Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of all outstanding customer invoices and payments. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all outstanding customer invoices and payments
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payment, or other irregularities
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and discrepancies
- Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner
- Process credit card payments and other forms of payment
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Work with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing and payment processing
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
