Job Title : Orthodontic Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our orthodontic practice, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and service.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the orthodontic practice
- Manage the scheduling of patient appointments and ensure that the office runs smoothly
- Supervise and train office staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service to patients
- Manage patient records and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date
- Work with the orthodontist to develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Manage the office budget and ensure that expenses are kept within budget
- Ensure that the office is compliant with all regulatory requirements
