Objectives of the role
- Providing necessary information and resources to facilitate a successful transition for new employees and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding programs that align with the company's values and culture.
- Building, coordinating and conducting new employee orientation sessions, providing an overview of the company's mission, vision, and policies.
- Coordinating and conducting new employee evaluations.
- Serving as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns and managing the onboarding process.
- Collaborating with the HR, the hiring managers, and other operational stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Facilitating the completion of new hire paperwork.
- Monitoring the progress and integration of new employees, identifying any challenges and providing support as needed.
- Assist with providing feedback to Talent Acquisition and HR to better support future processes to better optimize pre and post hire workflows.
