Job Overview:
The Company Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and growth of a professional services company comprising 30 team members. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage both service delivery and team development while ensuring financial, operational, and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of serving and engineering professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication across all departments, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
Operational Oversight
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery to clients.
- Manage resource allocation to optimize workload distribution and team efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in service delivery.
Financial and Business Management
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial health and profitability of the company.
- Monitor key financial metrics, including revenue, expenses, and margins, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies without compromising service quality.
Strategic Planning and Growth
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set short- and long-term business goals.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities, such as expanding service offerings or entering new markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve competitive differentiation and client retention.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
- Drive client engagement and maintain strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve services and exceed expectations.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and safety requirements relevant to serving and engineering services.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a professional services or engineering environment.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering operational and financial results.
