Dementia Experienced Caregiver

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENESE AND RELIABLE TRANPORTATION**

We are seeking caregivers who are well-educated in dementia care and understands the unique behavioral challenges that individuals with dementia may face. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in the various stages of dementia, as well as the ability to recognize and respond to issues such as agitation, confusion, and mood swings. They must possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate patience, empathy, and compassion. Experience with non-pharmacological interventions and the development of personalized care plans is essential for enhancing the quality of life of those in their care. A commitment to ongoing education in dementia care is highly desirable.

Qualifications for this position:

• Willingness to Work Rotating Weekends

• Willing to work with in Chattanooga and surrounding areas including Signal Mountain and Lookout Mountain

• Valid Driver's License

• Reliable Transportation with Car Insurance

• Background Check

• Verified to work in United States
