About The Role
This position is responsible for assisting with the quotes and customer sales order processing, shipping and invoicing including spare parts and warranty orders for TNA North America. Reporting into Dallas, Texas and will report to the Customer Service and Logistics Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- High School Diploma is required.
- 2 years’ experience processing and managing customer sales orders.
- Demonstrated work experience in a customer administration position.
- Experience in packing and shipping would be an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of MRP stock control procedures
- Able to analyse and communicate qualitative and quantitative data.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish & English (written verbal & computer literacy) highly desirable
- Able to respond and work with customers at all levels to meet and exceed expectations.
- Be a self-starter, that can work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
