Personal Banker
TNBANK is looking for a highly motivated, goal oriented sales person to join our team!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving deposits in the branch
- Responsible for business development (making outside sales calls on Customer and Potential Customers)
- Responsible for personal and branch sales campaigns and goals
- Responsible for selling/ cross selling bank products to existing customer and new customers
- Provides customer service including the opening of new accounts and resolution of customer inquiries
- Knowledge of Bank Operations, Products, and fees
- Provides customers with information on deposit accounts, rates, service charges, restrictions, and other relevant account information Responsible for following proper regulatory guidelines in the preparation of all paperwork for opening of all new account products offered within the Bank
- Deliver superior service to both internal and external customers
- Responsible for handling confidential and sensitive matters
- Responsible for supervising and scheduling the work of all tellers to ensure efficient teller operations.
- Performs Teller duties
- Responsible for ensuring that all proper procedures are adhered to in the Teller Manual and conforms to all banking regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and CIP
- Leadership Role and Management of Retail Branch
- Capacity to make reasonable decisions
- Initiative in taking on new tasks
- Attend all company meetings and training sessions as assigned.
- The nature of the job should dictate personal grooming and clothing
- Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor

- The ability to lift 20 pounds to the height of 3-5 feet.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of day.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Sit or stand for up to 8 hours daily
