Job Requirements
Must be AHA certified in BLS
Must be AHA certified in ACLS
Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals
Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years for Ascension Color Vision
HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics completed within a year of start updated yearly with minimum 80% score
Ascension EKG Exam must be completed with a passing score of at least 80% with only two attempts permitted
Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine to be signed and dated by traveler
1st PPD within 1 year, 2nd PPD within 30 days of start
Documented proof of two Varicella vaccines, serological evidence of immunity, or verification of a history of varicella or herpes zoster (shingles) by a healthcare provider
