Current RN license in Tennessee

Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start

License / Certificate Verification within 30 days prior to start

Completion of Ascension Color Vision prior to start

Completion of Ascension Core Competencies within a year of start

Completion of Ascension EKG Exam prior to start

Completion of Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation prior to start

Completion of Ascension Nova StatStrip prior to start

Documentation of MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer prior to start

Fit Test required prior to start

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination or declination prior to start

Influenza Vaccine documentation required prior to start

Health Statement required prior to first assignment

2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon / Tspot) required prior to start

Documentation of Varicella vaccination or history required prior to start

Tdap vaccination documentation required prior to start

Ascension Profile required prior to start

Ascension 2 Professional References required prior to start

Ascension Criminal Background Check Results required prior to start

Ascension EPLS required prior to start

Ascension Skills Checklist required prior to start

Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen required prior to start
