Certification Details BLS ACLS Job Details open heart recovery floor Seeing Pre and Post Cardiac Surgery Acute Coronary Syndrome heart failure cardiomyopathy unstable arrhythmias and other related cardiac disorders Job Requirements Current RN license in Tennessee BLS certification ACLS certification Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start License / Certificate Verification within 30 days prior to start Additional Details Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer. No declinations accepted. Required for all travelers. Preferred to be completed prior to start, can be completed onsite. Flu season is October 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Exemptions / Declinations are accepted, but candidate will be required to wear a mask at all times.
