Certification Details BLS License / Certificate Verification Job Details Radiology Technician position at Ascension Health in Nashville, Tennessee. Contract length : 13 weeks. Job Requirements Current state licensure as a Radiology Technician. Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer. Fit Test required for all travelers. Documentation of vaccination series completion or declination for Hepatitis B. Flu season vaccination required, exemptions accepted with mask requirement. Health Statement or completed physical exam required prior to first assignment. Driver's License / State ID must match address on file. 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon / Tspot) required prior to start. Documented proof of two Varicella vaccines or serological evidence of immunity required. Tdap vaccination must be valid for 10 years from administered date. Ascension Profile required prior to submission. At least two professional references required prior to first assignment. Ascension Criminal Background Check Results required prior to first assignment. Ascension EPLS must be run within 90 days of start. Ascension Skills Checklist to be completed within one year of start. Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen required prior to start. Ascension Badge Photo required prior to first assignment. Ascension Education Verification required within 90 days of start. Ascension Confirmation of Assignment required upon initial assignment. Additional Details Flu season is October 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Exemptions / Declinations are accepted, but candidate will be required to wear a mask at all times.
