- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Assist in the monthly and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger accounts
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review
- Support auditors by providing documentation and assistance during audits
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities as needed
- Maintain compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Assist with Excel and Power BI report creating, troubleshooting and training
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 10 years of accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power BI
- Understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
