As a Body Shop Estimator - Manager, you will work a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM , with opportunities for overtime to meet business needs and exceed customer expectations.

As a Body Shop Estimator - Manager, you will assess vehicles onsite and use your technical expertise to write detailed and accurate collision repair estimates using CCC software. You will engage directly with customers, clearly explaining repair needs and costs while providing exceptional service. Managing sales will be a key part of your role, including following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and securing approval for repairs. You will work closely with our skilled technicians to ensure a seamless workflow and maintain the high standards that define TNT Auto Body Repair.
Requirements :
Experience with CCC or I-CAR Gold Certifications is preferred.
