Job Title: Heavy Equipment Mechanic Technician
Location: Midland, TX
Report to: Lead Mechanic
TNT is looking to add an experienced full-time Heavy Equipment Mechanic Technician to our growing Branch. The following are a list of requirements; You must meet all the requirements below to be considered for this position.

Summary: The heavy equipment mechanic/technician will perform maintenance and repairs on cranes and other heavy equipment, in the field and at the shop. Follows all State and Federal laws while operating motor vehicles. Follows all safety and environmental policies while performing job tasks.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma, trade school diploma, or GED preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as a mechanic in a heavy equipment or crane specific environment.
• Ability to safely lift over 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Possess valid driver’s license, clean driving record
• TWIC card a plus
• Some travel required.
• Must have own tools. Company will provide specialty tools.

• Trade school diploma preferred
• 3-7 years of performing maintenance and repairs on hydraulic crane.
• Must have a current Texas Department of Public Safety class C Driver’s License.
Skills Required
• Ability to interpret, read, and write reports in English.
• Mechanical and analytical skills required.
• Ability to interpret, read, and troubleshoot using schematic.
• Ability to prioritize, organizes work, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to operate crane by viewing hand signals.
