No Experience Necessary
LET'S GET MIXING: General Production is responsible for performing a variety of different production tasks on one of our many food / dough production lines. This position will have responsibilities that include machine operation, quality checks and production paperwork.
Our Green Bay facility has availability on 3rd shifts. All shifts operate 24 hours / 5 days a week.
- 3rd Shift hours: 12:00am - 4:00am
BLENDING TO PERFECTION. The critical steps to this position's success.
- Monitor food product on assigned line to determine quality product.
- Make adjustments to food product as needed or assigned by Team Lead.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Follow all GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Follow all PPE's (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Follow all company safety rules, regulations and documentation.
- Responsible for following company policies/procedures written or verbal.
- Clean and operate all equipment in accordance with the SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Must be able to bag, stack, count, oil, paper feed and bandsaw pizza crust
THE SIMPLE INGREDIENTS. Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements.
- Requires 100% flexibility of wrists and hands. Walking, bending, standing, and lifting required. Must be able to tolerate heights up to 10 feet off the ground on occasion. Lifting of up to 50 lbs. on an occasional basis. Must be able to move heavy objects (100 lbs.) with mechanical device.
Training (Equipment & Methods)
- Job specific training will be conducted by the Team Lead or as assigned.
- General knowledge of LOTO (lock out tag out) and other safety related topics.
- Must be familiar with SOP's.
Job Safety Analysis
- Personal Protect Equipment: Hair net, steel toe slip resistant rubber shoes, lab coat required, Safety glasses and ear plugs may be required in plant or assigned areas. Chemical resistance gloves when performing shut down or proper attire during cleaning tasks.
