OPEN INTERVIEWS : Tuesday/ Wednesday at 6:30 PM , Thursday/ Friday at 2:30 PM - Fill out an application on site and have an immediate interview!

Help kids run, jump, climb, flip, and meet their goals in a fun and uplifting environment.

We have revamped the ninja program within our facility and are looking for outgoing, hardworking, safety minded individuals.

Must enjoy working with kids. All new coaches will be required to complete paid training hours.

Hiring process would include an in person interview followed by a 2 hour interview shift to get to know you and see how you interact on the floor. All applicants will need to fill out a form agreeing to a background check before being allowed to participate in the interview shift.

Hourly pay ranges $13 - $17 per hour based on experience.

Duties

• Plan and conduct engaging training sessions for students.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and performance.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.
• Supervise practice sessions and ensure the safety of all participants.
• Maintain communication with parents regarding student progress and development.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with and being around kids!
• Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff.
• Passion for sports and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
• Hardworking Self Starter who excited to work.
• Must have consistent reliable transportation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
