What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at TNT, Inc.?
We are a property management firm looking for a new addition to our maintenance team. Basic knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, drip systems, evaporative coolers and some HVAC. Be capable of diagnosing problems and determining the most efficient way to repair. Good customer relation skills when interacting with others.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
