Flooring Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for construction and remodeling projects. This role involves working on various tasks that contribute to the successful completion of construction projects, ensuring quality and efficiency in all aspects of the job.

Duties

• Assist in construction estimating to determine project costs and resource needs.
• Participate in remodeling activities, including fixture installation and flooring installation.
• Build structures according to schematics and project specifications.
• Perform buffing and finishing tasks to restore surfaces as needed.
• Engage in construction painting, ensuring high-quality finishes on all surfaces.
• Maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while meeting quality standards.

Skills

• Proficiency in construction estimating techniques is preferred.
• Experience in remodeling projects, including fixture and flooring installation.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective building practices.
• Knowledge of buffing techniques and surface restoration methods.
• Familiarity with construction painting processes and materials.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
