HOURLY RANGE: $16.00 to $19.00
SCHEDULE: This position offers 30-40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 8 PM, Monday through Friday. The role runs from May 26th to August 15th. Flexible training hours are available throughout May.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily face to face interactions greeting and assisting customers
- Communicate with clients to verify account information.
- Carry out day-to-day business transactions.
- Greet clients warmly to be helpful, ascertain problems, or reason for calling.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Assist with daily cash deposits and/or balancing of start cash
- Inform clients of sales and promotions.
- Sells products and assist in-house showroom
- Utilizes computer technology to handle on-line sales
- Works to ensure a high quality of service is being delivered
- Participating in staff meetings
- Administrative duties as assigned.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED OR WORK-RELATED EXPERIENCE:
- Energetic
- Able to adapt to different situations
- Detailed orientated
- 2 years customer service experience, 2-year degree, or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Customer Service experience is preferred. Supervisory experience a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
