Position Title: Administrative Rockstar
Overview:

As our Administrative Rockstar, you’ll help us provide incredible customer service to our members and team! If you love checking things off a to-do list and want to help our company change kid’s lives in the XYZ area, we want you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication and Coordination:
- Update daily voicemail greetings and handle incoming voicemail/text inquiries.
- Monitor emails, respond promptly, and route messages to the right team members.
- Answer incoming calls/texts with a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Keep Owners and the Director informed of any staff or student absences.
- Member Support and Accounts:
- Update customer accounts to reflect new memberships, cancellations, and changes.
- Follow up on overdue accounts with tact and positivity.
- Process late pickup charges, event payments, and apparel/gear orders to keep everyone well-equipped and up-to-date.
- Lead Management and Sales Support:
- Add new leads to the sales funnels and stay on top of lead progression.
- Call leads and schedule tours or close deals, bringing your best people skills to every conversation.
- Respond to social media messages and comments, turning potential interest into loyal fans.
- Daily Operations and Reporting:
- Check the physical mailbox and make sure all mail gets to the right place.
- Keep membership binders updated so everything is organized and accessible.
- Complete the daily debrief form and give the Owners and the Director regular updates on important happenings.
