What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Clerk position at TNT Western Homes, INC?
Office Clerk needed for a busy property management office in Ridgecrest, CA.
Approx 35 -40 hours per week. Must have experience with customer service and computers. Knowledge or proficiency with quick books is preferred.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Administrative duties such as answering phones, emails, filing, etc.
-Exceptional customer service experience.
-Ability to count rent money correctly, enter it in the system and make copies of the payments for filing records.
-Creating leases, entering move-out notices and entering other necessary information for tenants/properties.
-Entering work orders & checking up to make sure they are done in a timely manner.
-Creating invoices for materials and labor.
-Move in and move outs, preparing properties to be 'rent ready.'
-Showing properties to prospective tenants in coordination with the property manager.
We also prefer you have a reliable vehicle in the event that you will need to run errands for the office as well.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
